I am known as Suzie-uie for a reason. I am always making u-turns, not only on the road, but also in life. I confess, I have eaten about 3 lifetimes worth of pizza, pasta, grinders, and anything else "bready". After being diagnosed with celiac disease in 2000, I made one of my most difficult u-turns - away from gluten. It almost was impossible back then to avoid gluten. The journey really made me appreciate how difficult it is for people to live with any type of food allergy. As an allergy friendly community, we have come a long way. However, there still is a lot of room for improvement.  It is my mission to supply the world with the most delicious gluten free desserts possible!
